If the client you work with requests an external time tracking document to track how you’ve spent your time, please make sure that the document matches with the hours you submitted worklogs on the app to avoid any discrepancies.

Always submit your worklogs by the deadline:

If you’re on a monthly pay schedule, your worklogs will only have one “pull”

This pull contains hours for the pay period 1st - last day of the month and the deadline is at 10am EST on the 1st of the next month*.

❗️If the 1st of the month falls on a holiday or weekend, the pull will occur on the next possible business day. The pulls are set automatically for each pay period, even if there are no hours submitted.

If you’re on a semi-monthly pay cycle, your worklogs are split into two “pulls”

  • The first pull contains hours from the pay period 1st - 15th of the month and the deadline is at 10am EST on the 16*.

  • The second pull contains hours for the pay period 16th - last day of the month and the deadline is at 10am EST on the 1st of the next month*.
