Generally, you should contact your lawyer directly to request a refund on an hourly or flat-fee legal project. For legal plan subscriptions, customer service review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in conjunction with the lawyer. We make accommodations if unique circumstances dictate the reason for the refund request. If refund is not granted, we are usually able to make accommodations in some other way such as a credit for future service.
